  • Registration fees to the in-person event include entry to plenary sessions from April 30 to May 2, as well as virtual access. Learning Labs and Workshops can be purchased for an additional fee.
  • Learning Labs and Workshops cannot be purchased without a registration to the in-person conference.
  • Cancellation: Full refunds, less an administrative fee of $75 for physicians and $25 for all other categories, will be made for written cancellations received by April 1, 2026. Please note that all refunds will be issued only after the Conference. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 1, 2026.
